Christ Church Stamford seek to appoint a Half Time Operations Manager

Christ Church Stamford is looking to appoint a half time Operations Manager to oversee the social outreach programmes.

The operations manager will work closely with the Rev. Nikki Bates to lead, manage and develop the social projects based at Christ Church.

They will be responsible for leading a team of part time workers and over 150 volunteers.

The successful candidate will have experience in fund raising and be used to working in partnership with local business, authorities, charities and other local churches.

The operations manager will have the support of the leadership team at Christ Church.

There is a genuine occupational requirement that the person appointed should be a practicing Christian and work closely with the Rev. Nikki Bates to connect the social outreach projects with the congregations and the wider community.

  • Manage the resources of the church for the good of all by effective leadership
  • Encourage all ages to have fun and work together

Please pray for Chris and his son Brandon. Chris is homeless on the streets of London and just stopped me in my tracks. He was sat on the street with his sleeping bag and as I went passed he said something to me. So I straight away went to what do I say mode, should I give money to people in the street etc etc God then said to listen to him and all he was doing was wishing a good afternoon.
